ERH Services began in 2010 when Elton R. Hogan, Jr. retired after 45 years in the commerial construction industry. It exists to provide two services that are always needed by successful contractors, particulary those in the early stages of development. These services are CONTRACT ESTIMATING and EDUCATION; both are critical to the prosperity of any contractor.
     The estimate is the most important component of any job. Done properly, it will produce revenue and profits. Done incorrectly, it will produce losses and perhaps bankruptcy. 
      Education is the foundation on which successful contractors build their firms. It contributes to a loyal and stable workforce that provides a quality outcome for their customers.
      Unlike other sources for these services, ERH Services provides a custom product for each client. Each project is evaluated to determine how Elton's skills and expertise can add value. Our intention is to meet the clients objectives, not to meet corporate sales goals.
